How long will it take to recieve my order? All orders ship via USPS 1st class mail from Austin, TX. Orders could take from 2 - 3 business days to ship out. Please note that these shipping times may change due to the flow of orders. (especially during the holiday season) You will receive an e-mail the day that your order ships out.

What is your return policy? What about repairs? As we all know, sometimes images on the internet are not always what we hope them to be, so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase just let me know and I will do my best to make you happy. You will have 10 days from the date of shipment to make your claim in writing via e-mail to: info[at]dianepetkoff[dot]com. All items to be returned must be in their original condition, on the original card how they were shipped or with the original tags still on the merchandise. Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping an item back for return. I will send you an e-mail reply letting you know how to send back your goodies. Please understand that no items will be accepted for return if they have been worn.

As for repairs, I do understand that from time to time delicate pieces of jewelry can/may break. I will be happy to repair any item that is broken. These claims must also be made via e-mail to: info[at]dianepetkoff[dot]com please put in the subject line "repair". I want you to be happy and wear your dp* jewelry!

If I've placed an order online, may I cancel it? Because I try to ship things out immediately, please contact me A.S.A.P. if you have placed an online order and need to cancel it for any reason. Send the e-mail to: info[at]dianepetkoff[dot]com put "cancel order" in the subject line and I will take the proper steps to ensure your cancelation.
